Wow so I never made a review yet I got a thank you today. The plumber who came actually ripped the hell out of us since he saw we were in a desperate situation. I guess this is a FAKE review. This plumber charged us $500 where this would normally cost $75-100 to do simple snake job...

Terrible service, stay far away

9 days ago we Worked with Mr. Shapiro on boiler repair my husband's property Lower East Side. BU Harry, I thought was a good job, but no. We thought we got a $1,250 savings. That too was foolings.
Then the Boiler stopped working all together.
I had my daughter delete our previous 5 star review.
This plumber is in my opinion highly unprofessional to say the least.

We honestly appreciate how quickly these technicians responded to our call for them to address a leak. The dispatcher was also kind and polite. The plumber did a fantastic job and I am satisfied.

Christopher arrived quickly and was very professional. Unclogged a pipe in my building. Definitely using again.

They were really upfront about my situation and showed up on time. It was initially unclear if the backup was on my property or the city's due to a clog in the sewer line.

Chris from MKC Plumbing & Heating is a gem — a craftsperson who takes pride in his work, is honest and fair-priced, cares about the quality of his work, and miraculously appears in a timely fashion! I first called Chris to replace my sink and 30 yr old constantly running kitchen faucet, broken sprayer and water filter. When he appeared, I also gave him a surprise list of about 8 other small repairs that needed doing. He went over to Home Depot, sent me photos to choose my new sink/faucet system, picked up whatever else he needed and came back to do 5 hours of solid work. As it happened, I called him on the last day of his vacation and he dropped what he was doing to take care of my job. A couple of minor things needed fine-tuning and he came back the next day even though we are a half hour away from him. He was good natured, didn't complain, and returned to make everything perfect! From now on, when I have plumbing issues, I will be calling Chris. I highly recommend him for honest, top-notch, reasonably priced plumbing work!

I used the other popular plumbers and I had a back experience with Pro1Mechanical Chris came in took care of business and treated the place like it was his house.
