Update 1/21- Unrivaled professionalism. They are super reliable and came through for me again! I called them at 10 PM for a different repair and they were here within 5 minutes. My issue was repaired within the hour. They are definitely my go to now.

I have used WaterHouse twice now. They are very responsive, track the case number easily and arrive on time. They work until the actual problem is fixed. Best drain cleaning experts in Manhattan. In every way, a professional. They arrived to unclog a sewer line. While our basement is newly carpeted, we took care to wear shoe covers. Tech attempted multiple times with. Diverse auger sizes while displaying the scope view in real time. They had to return with a more powerful instrument to complete the task, but we arrived on time and completed it efficiently. The initial price was dropped in half, and as discussed, the larger tool was more expensive, but there were no additional expenses. On the basis of this one instance, I would strongly suggest them if you want solution for clog. Excellent initial impression!!!

We contacted them after being scammed by another company over a water leak. Joelle promptly identified the issue, provided a fair quote, and returned to fix the pipes. Before he could get out and fix it, he gave us two options to choose from and helped me understand how to essentially Band-Aid it. I located a water leak and had two of the sink faucets in the restrooms repaired. The plumber had a ton of experience and worked extremely hard. Superior care for customers and a spotless setting. Excellent work.

NYC Emergency Plumber & Sewer arrived, found the obstruction in my floor drain, and scoped the pipes to check that everything was in working condition. They were wonderful to work with and quite professional. They are excellent, and I would employ them again.

I’ve used Zara plumbing to perform all of the plumbing roughing and finish work on my projects (I’m a residential GC). I’ve worked with many plumbers in my time and Zara is truly top notch. They are punctual, they get back to you quickly (which is a rarity in the trades) and the work is done to perfection. I wanted to use Gateway, what a disappointment. Called last week on Monday, someone named Anthony returned my call on the same day, he said they were closed due to the president’s day holiday, but that someone would call me on Tuesday. He mentioned that my service would be expensive because of the style boiler that I have, but he could not give me an estimate, but assured me that someone in the office would call me the following day. Tuesday came & went, no call. Wednesday, nothing again. Thursday I called & spoke with a woman who answered the phone. I told her what had happened, she said she would call me back, no apology or anything. Yeah.... I will let you guess...yep, never heard from them. How do people do that?
