Just when I thought there wasn't an honest plumber left in New York City, I stumbled upon Hub. The owner, John, was upfront about what he thought my issue was and suggested I get in touch with another type of service because he assumed I didn't need a licensed plumber. He actually tried to save me money! In the end, I did need a plumber, so I called back and he sent his associate Harvey to my place. Harvey was awesome too. Super friendly and went above and beyond to get the job done. We talked about how great John is. How often does an employee rave about their boss?! All-around thumbs up to this company!!

The requirements for our replacement Plumbing were thoroughly investigated in the visit by them prior to quotation so that everything was covered and the subsequent installation by the engineer They were done efficiently and cleanly. We are very satisfied with the outcome and happy to recommend.

I'll be honest. I've never really hired people who mostly have word of mouth reviews. I usually do intense research and checks. I was sketchy at first, but let me say, it was amazing. HORRIBLE. THE FIRST VISIT HE DID NOTHING EXCEPT CALL THE BOSS BILLY and then CHARGE $409. Next day Billy came hour late stayed less than two hours talked on his phone didn’t concentrate. After a day my boiler went out. Billy told me to call someone else. I did. New plumber said Billy forgot to turn water back on the boiler. I was horrified. I paid them $900. Then $350 to new plumber to fix their irresponsible work. Do not use them.

They were orderly, polite, and knowledgeable. They cleared my line quickly and efficiently. I'll definitely use them again!

Showed up to fix toilet seal, removed it and found old seal disintegrated. Then said I have to leave now, I'll come back tomorrow to finish. The toilet was on a tarp, in the middle of our bathroom! I couldn't make this up. Instead, I said no, you need to finish today. He called, and a replacement plumber, (who was excellent) finished the same day. Quirky? I hope so.
