In the last 8 years I’ve spent close to $25k having my heating system tinkered with by various plumbing companies who gave contradictory solutions to the lack of consistent heat in my 4 story townhouse. I was working with another company who was coming up more solutions in the middle of a project costing more and more money.!
I am very happy I decided to stop the job and hv 72 Consulting come in and do a complete assessment of the entire system. I received a thorough report within 1 week which gave a clear picture of my system and its requirements. Interestingly this is the only company that did mathematical calculations on the system.
I wished I had used this service years ago. it would have saved me thousands of dollars and a lot of headaches.

Dedicatedly rude and unaccomodating.
Plumbers may be known for asking more than what what be a sensible price for any of their service but this enterprise takes the cake and the plate it's served on.
I only had to replace my shower handles and was told that the charge had to be hourly, even for such a simple task they couldn't have given me an estimate. The smell of fish entered thus my apt.
After carefully examining the faucet, as if they had just found a rare kind of fossil, this man said thawt they'd be back with the new faucet to install it.
I rejoiced as there was a hardware store around the block and that meant that their hourly charge was maybe honest after all. For some jibber jabbered reason they had to go somewhere in queens to get the piece.
The result: 20 minutes inspection(faucets are very unique you see, you don't know if one will be harder to install or if it had discovered free will), 1h30/45 roundtrip to Queens, barely 30 minutes installation.
I refused to sign the suprlus he was trying to squeeze in, all laying on a bed of entitled annoyed attitude that whisked in when he showed up, and -luckilly(?)- he also did so poor a job (if I turned one of the handles too loose it would come off) so that the accounting didn't object to my objection.
They claim they have deals with buildings but I might be too ignorant to understand how the most basic of jobs has to start at a $400 dollars minimum.
Do yourself a favor: go to your local hardware store and ask them if they know a plumber they recommend.
With these guys, you might as well flush money down the toilet, clog it, call them and tell them they can keep all they can take out.
