Arsen the master plumber was at a job at jersery, but he kept me informed and updated through text msg, he then contacted his cousin tom who is already a plumber to come over. Tom is on time and EXTREMELY professional. he was able to identity the frozen section of the pipe. and the guy wouldnt take a tip. they will definity be my go to Plumbers!!!

I called Fred Smith to help with some plumbing issues I was having at my kitchen sink on the Upper East Side. After describing my situation over the phone, the dispatcher told me he would call me back with a proposed appointment time (because they juggle a lot of emergency work, they did not want to set an appointment right away). Not too long after the initial phone call, an appointment was set up.
