Best Home Hvac Services in New York NY
We had no heat in our house in the middle of a blizzard. We called up Aladdin Plumbing at 9:30pm and they had discovered our boiler went out. They responded very quickly and within 2 and a half hours they were at my house doing repairs. They had all the required parts needed to fix my boiler on hand, in stock at their shop. A very big thank you to Mike!

Best drain cleaning experts in Manhattan. In every way, a professional. They arrived to unclog a sewer line. While our basement is newly carpeted, we took care to wear shoe covers. Tech attempted multiple times with. Diverse auger sizes while displaying the scope view in real time. They had to return with a more powerful instrument to complete the task, but we arrived on time and completed it efficiently. The initial price was dropped in half, and as discussed, the larger tool was more expensive, but there were no additional expenses. On the basis of this one instance, I would strongly suggest them if you want solution for clog. Excellent initial impression!!!

Very professional start to end. The scheduling process was seamless, job was well done, and their pricing was fair. Would recommend.

This company bills more hours than they actually work. I was billed for 5 hours of work when less than 1 hour was performed. They claimed travel time and waiting for the steam system to cool down. Their office is within 2 blocks of my building and they arrived at 9am, so unless they arrived at the building at 5 am, they didn't wait for anything to cool down.

I am a property manager for 5 Buildings in NYC. with a Mgmt company. We use Demar for most of our buildings for the following reasons.
Dispatch team has great communication
Work is always done quickly and to code including emergencies
Prices are pretty much competitive and always within reason, with most of my boards being happy.

Awful place. They keep standing me up. They make me clear my schedule, and then when they're an hour late, telling me they're not coming. It's so disrespectful and frustrating. The radiator replacement job has also ballooned from $1,500 to about $3,750.
The only way to reach the man in charge of the job, Dom, is to call the office at 8am. If you call at 9am, he's gone for the rest of the day and you'll just play more phone tag. He doesn't have a cell phone, apparently.
I'm so furious with these people. The cost ballooning is bad enough, but the lack of basic consideration for my time and schedule is so infuriating.
Update: The plumber, George, let our cat out the front door and locked it out. He then didn't tell us he had done this. My wife found the cat waiting at the door later. If you have cats, you know how messed up it is for somebody to let your cat out into the street. When I told him about this, he said I only saw one cat which was both untrue and wasn't an apology. Who cares if you didn't realize we have two cats? Don't let cats out. He and his assistant had seen both cats the day before and said it was fine to have them out. They didn't give us any warning that they were coming into that room the next day so we couldn't have locked the cats up anyway.
They almost killed our cat and charged us about 120% more than they quoted. Horrible company.

unfortunately, they are extremely rude when calling in for information. They just hang up on you before you even get your information out.
