Our plumber, Ray , showed up within the allotted time frame. He cleared my drain promptly and gave me excellent advice on how to fix the problem.

Great and honest plumber here. My kitchen faucet had been leaking and another plumber that I consulted told me to get a new faucet. (Mine is quite new, from Dec 2019, so I really didn’t want to have to replace it.) I then asked for a quote to simply reinstall it since our building handymen noted that the initial installation wasn’t done well. I got a quote from the first plumber that suggested a new faucet altogether and it was astronomical. Another plumber quoted by the hour without noting how long it’ll take. Third plumber, AABC, quoted the fairest amount based on Google ranges for this type of job. Irving just came and diagnosed the issue immediately. It was a simple issue and nothing needed to be reinstalled or replaced!
If you ever need a plumber, I’d highly recommend AABC Plumbing.

I MADE A CALL TO WATSON'S PLUMBING AND HEATING FOR SOMEONE TO COME OUT TO CHECK MY TOILET. I HAD GUEST OVER AND SOMEONE STUCK SOMETHING DOWN THE TOILET. I WAS FURIOUS, WATER WAS EVERYWHERE. I CALLED WATSONS AND THEY PROMISE THEY WILL BE THERE IN THE NEXT 30 MINS. TO MY SUPRISE PLUMBERS WERE THERE IN A TIMELY MANNER, AND THEY FIXED THE ISSUE AND MY TOILET WAS NEVER A PROBLEM AGAIN. We had American Leak Detection come at the recommendation of a plumbing co. They came to locate a leak causing a high water bill. They found no leak except a drip in a faucet. The water biter calling the county ll remained high, which I could not see until the next billing period. After calling the county water co, and them saying I MUST have a leak, I called this co. They did not return calls and when I finally got in touch with them, they refused to come back without the full $450 charge and when I asked to have the boss call, no one ever responded. ACsaid he didn't want to get the boss annoyed, and I responded that I guess he thought it was better to have an annoyed customer. And no one responded.

Discourteous employees and outrageous pricing. I would never use them again. Look elsewhere unless you like to pay triple the price. I would give zero stars if I could.
