Their original work was poorly done, caused a leak and a potentially dangerous electrical issue that we had to call another company to handle. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company as I still haven't heard back from them.

They only seem to have an answering service but it's been impossible to talk to an actual person to deal with any customer service or billing issues.
