33 days after they came, they REFUSED TO HONOR a 6 month WRITTEN WARRANTY their tech gave me when he induced me to have the line jetted for an additional 2k. They said the tech was new and did not know.

I called 24 hour plumber nyc and I was skeptical who is awake at 4 am to fix a flood but this guy is amazing. He was so polite his prices are reasonable service is terrific and I will never call anyone else ever again. We had a bathtub faucet that, despite our best efforts, wouldn't turn off after evening showers. After we phoned this plumbing, Jeremy arrived, made the necessary repairs, and finished in within an hour. Despite being called in after hours, he was incredibly kind. I'm grateful.

I needed an emergency repair and JP Plumbing was one of the companies I called for an estimate. I hired him because of his reviews and he gave a competitive rate. Of course the service I received was way below that of most of his reviewers. I gave him the half up front and he started a week later. My mother would call me regularly to complain about how he berated his workers outside of my house. The entire block could hear, it was very embarrassing. He didn't finish the job but wanted me to give him the balance of the money. His reasoning was, that because the job was 90% completed he wanted 100% of the money. He told me to keep $500. I told him when the job is completed he will be paid. He had his secretary calling for a while attempting to threaten about the money but she never said when they would be out to finish my job. Needless to say, it's more than 1 year later and he never completed the job. Never again!
In addition DEP was out here a couple of months ago and they said the emergency shut off that he put in is tilted and it shouldn't be, as a result the water is pooling. They said I should ask the plumber who installed it to fix it. How? When he never finished my job. He should lose his license.

Called Vuksani Plumbing for an emergency as our toilet was leaking to the downstairs neighbor's apartment. Marko showed up within 20 minutes and did a fantastic job patching up the leak in less than an hour. Left the bathroom clean too. Ran testing between our bathroom and the downstairs neighbors bathroom to ensure the leak is no longer present. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Explained the root cause and provided insights on how to remediate the issue long-term so this does not occur again. Pretty friendly and helpful. The prices were reasonable due to the short notice and emergency call. They are there when you need them and 24/7. Vuksani is very reliable and trusting service you can count on. Thank you!

I trie to use this business. I called 3 times to confirm the appointment. I even agreed to pay there ridiculous fee to send someone to inspect my ac. Day of appointment I get a call saying there was never a appointment today. Poor planning and scheduling. And even poorer customer service

Is this still a functioning company? I'm confused. 2 days in a row, I call them, get a timeslot. Two days in a row, 2 hours late, no courtesy call. I call them back. 'We will be right there'. An hour later I call back, annoyed. Again no courtesy call stating they will be late. 'We will be right there'. Another hour passes. No show.

On the first day, they finally showed up, 6 hours late, not one courtesy call. The dude forgot his tools, oops. Seriously? We schedule an appointment for tomorrow between 9am-12pm.

Tomorrow rolls around. 1pm and no show, no courtesy call. 'Is it ok if we come at 4pm?' Me, annoyed as hell. 'Sure'. 4pm, no show and no call. 'We will be right there.' They LITERALLY, NEVER SHOWED UP AND NEVER CALLED, ONE TIME. COMPLETE NO SHOW. Never seen it in my life. Not even a call to state that they will no show. We literally sat around all day waiting, they completely wasted our time.

WARNING: DO NOT HIRE! If you are an existing customer DO NOT ASSUME they are operating under the same business practices as in previous years. They do not disclose that they now charge you $175 just to show up! (Roto Rooter charges NOTHING for a consultstion). DEMAND a quote BEFORE they begin the work. DO NOT ASSUME they will assess the work, tell you the issue, how much theyll charge then allow you to decide if you want to move forward- as theyve done in the past.

I own a multifamily property in BK but no longer live in the state. This company took advantage of this and performed work I never asked them to do then OVERCHARGED me for all of it. They also take it upon themselves to fix other issues they notice all in an effort to charge more. They assume most consumers are ignorant as to how much parts and labor actually costs. Tried to charge me $784 to REPLACE A FAUCET (NOT THE ENTIRE SINK) a faucet that I ALREADY PURCHASED. Stated they encountered serious additional issues while replacing it. If they found additional issues why not call me to let me know at that moment? Stated they took pictures then would send it to me. That made no sense like why take pictures? But okay waited for the pictures. Weeks later after I called back they said the other plumber who did the work deleted them!!! My tenants told me what they told them they did and it does not reflect whats on the invoice. 2nd why tell the tenants if I am paying you? Why not take MY call that day then tell me? Why send a bill 2 months after you left the property? Lastly, I had to pay other plumbers to come after them and fix the work they didnt! Now they are threatening to put a MECHANICAL LIEN on my property if I dont fully pay the BOGUS bill. Unscrupulous, price gouging! Now we have to go to court! Use ANY plumber BUT this one!
