Unfortunately, they never came to service the job and was really unprofessional when I followed-up. I was told the technician would come in the morning at 10AM, latest 12pm. I got a call that said the technician was running late and might be about 12:30pm which was understandable. Then I had to call at 1:15pm to get the status update. I was told it would be another 1 hour and a half. At around 3:30pm, I had to call and they informed me that the plumber would come past 6pm or sometime later in the evening. It's understandable if some other issue came up with the previous job, but they were able to provide zero answers and were unapologetic about the whole situation. I would avoid going through this company. They seem to contract their jobs if you are not based in Manhattan (I'm in Brooklyn) and you're put on hold indefinitely to get any answers.

Sal was on time, efficient, explained the issue clearly, and most importantly fixed our leaky shower in one visit.

John was very friendly and professional. He even waited for me while I went to the store to get parts. Would highly recommend.

9 days ago we Worked with Mr. Shapiro on boiler repair my husband's property Lower East Side. BU Harry, I thought was a good job, but no. We thought we got a $1,250 savings. That too was foolings.
Then the Boiler stopped working all together.
I had my daughter delete our previous 5 star review.
This plumber is in my opinion highly unprofessional to say the least.

Great and honest plumber here. My kitchen faucet had been leaking and another plumber that I consulted told me to get a new faucet. (Mine is quite new, from Dec 2019, so I really didn’t want to have to replace it.) I then asked for a quote to simply reinstall it since our building handymen noted that the initial installation wasn’t done well. I got a quote from the first plumber that suggested a new faucet altogether and it was astronomical. Another plumber quoted by the hour without noting how long it’ll take. Third plumber, AABC, quoted the fairest amount based on Google ranges for this type of job. Irving just came and diagnosed the issue immediately. It was a simple issue and nothing needed to be reinstalled or replaced!
If you ever need a plumber, I’d highly recommend AABC Plumbing.

Called Vuksani Plumbing for an emergency as our toilet was leaking to the downstairs neighbor's apartment. Marko showed up within 20 minutes and did a fantastic job patching up the leak in less than an hour. Left the bathroom clean too. Ran testing between our bathroom and the downstairs neighbors bathroom to ensure the leak is no longer present. Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable. Explained the root cause and provided insights on how to remediate the issue long-term so this does not occur again. Pretty friendly and helpful. My boyfriend made an appointment for 4pm. At 6pm with no courtesy call and no plumber, I asked my boyfriend to contact them and see if they were still coming since I'd been waiting a while and had a dinner reservation. Long story short, the plumber finally showed up 4 hours late with not a single tool in hand. He gave a quote and said he'd be back around 9am-12pm the next day. He never showed. No phone call, no apology. I'd rate this company zero stars if I could.

WARNING: DO NOT HIRE! If you are an existing customer DO NOT ASSUME they are operating under the same business practices as in previous years. They do not disclose that they now charge you $175 just to show up! (Roto Rooter charges NOTHING for a consultstion). DEMAND a quote BEFORE they begin the work. DO NOT ASSUME they will assess the work, tell you the issue, how much theyll charge then allow you to decide if you want to move forward- as theyve done in the past.

I own a multifamily property in BK but no longer live in the state. This company took advantage of this and performed work I never asked them to do then OVERCHARGED me for all of it. They also take it upon themselves to fix other issues they notice all in an effort to charge more. They assume most consumers are ignorant as to how much parts and labor actually costs. Tried to charge me $784 to REPLACE A FAUCET (NOT THE ENTIRE SINK) a faucet that I ALREADY PURCHASED. Stated they encountered serious additional issues while replacing it. If they found additional issues why not call me to let me know at that moment? Stated they took pictures then would send it to me. That made no sense like why take pictures? But okay waited for the pictures. Weeks later after I called back they said the other plumber who did the work deleted them!!! My tenants told me what they told them they did and it does not reflect whats on the invoice. 2nd why tell the tenants if I am paying you? Why not take MY call that day then tell me? Why send a bill 2 months after you left the property? Lastly, I had to pay other plumbers to come after them and fix the work they didnt! Now they are threatening to put a MECHANICAL LIEN on my property if I dont fully pay the BOGUS bill. Unscrupulous, price gouging! Now we have to go to court! Use ANY plumber BUT this one!
