Price was absolutely insanely high. They charged $750 to do 30 minutes work fixing the flappers in the back of two toilets. They marked $20 of parts up to $100 and said that was “company policy”.They were on time and it seems to work. I called two other contractors who said they would do it for less than $200 all in. Problem was they refuse to give you a price before they come and my housekeeper told him to do the work. So I’m stuck with a huge bill

I do not write reviews often but I had to for Vuksani Plumbing and Heating. They saved my day, actually my month - I cannot say enough about this company. Eddy and his team are actually honest and trustworthy, which in my experience is hard to find in NYC when it comes to plumbing - they also won't gauge you. You can tell they truly care about their customers. They do amazing solid quality work too!! I am so glad I found them and highly recommend them.

I rent in a poorly maintained building an my super just wasn't fixing the issue. It was terrible - the sink wasn't draining at all and had been left for a week suddenly got much and I work from my apartment and also have had guests there since the pandemic to help me cover the rent and I cannot afford to have things not working. Vuksani Plumbing & Heating team arrived in literally 20 minutes from the time I called (in a panic no less) - they are a whole team but are also personal at the same time (not corporate or disconnected). Eddy made sure his team could reall fix the problem fully and they did - they got to the bottom of it and when I found out all they had to do I was so scared, but it was a maneagle price. Also - such a bonus - they cleaned up afterwards beautifully!!!

Also - for honesty...I had a shower emergency this summer (again terrible condition in apartment) and Eddy the owner was so honest that he said it would be an expensive job with parts and labor, and that he could do it and would but it would be better for me to wait for my super to do it (who takes days sometimes weeks to come fix things). He gave me a way to patch it up on my own so I could wait for my super - no charge just step by step on the phone - such a great person!

I am so very thankful I have them now for any future plumbing or heating needs and DEFINITELY would recommend Vuksani Plumbing & Heating to anyone!!

I trie to use this business. I called 3 times to confirm the appointment. I even agreed to pay there ridiculous fee to send someone to inspect my ac. Day of appointment I get a call saying there was never a appointment today. Poor planning and scheduling. And even poorer customer service

Finally an honest plumber! Had some serious problems in my midtown apartment, and I'd already been through 2 plumbers (who shall not be named, but were severe disappointments)... WARNING: DO NOT HIRE! If you are an existing customer DO NOT ASSUME they are operating under the same business practices as in previous years. They do not disclose that they now charge you $175 just to show up! (Roto Rooter charges NOTHING for a consultstion). DEMAND a quote BEFORE they begin the work. DO NOT ASSUME they will assess the work, tell you the issue, how much theyll charge then allow you to decide if you want to move forward- as theyve done in the past.

I own a multifamily property in BK but no longer live in the state. This company took advantage of this and performed work I never asked them to do then OVERCHARGED me for all of it. They also take it upon themselves to fix other issues they notice all in an effort to charge more. They assume most consumers are ignorant as to how much parts and labor actually costs. Tried to charge me $784 to REPLACE A FAUCET (NOT THE ENTIRE SINK) a faucet that I ALREADY PURCHASED. Stated they encountered serious additional issues while replacing it. If they found additional issues why not call me to let me know at that moment? Stated they took pictures then would send it to me. That made no sense like why take pictures? But okay waited for the pictures. Weeks later after I called back they said the other plumber who did the work deleted them!!! My tenants told me what they told them they did and it does not reflect whats on the invoice. 2nd why tell the tenants if I am paying you? Why not take MY call that day then tell me? Why send a bill 2 months after you left the property? Lastly, I had to pay other plumbers to come after them and fix the work they didnt! Now they are threatening to put a MECHANICAL LIEN on my property if I dont fully pay the BOGUS bill. Unscrupulous, price gouging! Now we have to go to court! Use ANY plumber BUT this one!
