We had an emergency leak in our bathroom leaking into our boiler room. I called Rite Plumbing and Heating and they sent a plumber to my house within 30 minutes. Ari, the plumber arrived on time, and carefully checked our bathroom and soon found what the leak was. The next day, Ari arrived on time again with the right equipment and fixed the leak! Ari also cleaned up the mess after.
We were happy to have such a punctual and professional plumber! We will definitely call Rite Plumbing & Heating again if we have any more plumbing problems!

The service was great but the price was outrageous. They just replaced the ball set in the tank of three toilets for a cost of $305.00 per toilet, that's highway robbery. If I ha known what they charge I wouldn't have used them. They get you when you call and ask what they charge to come out, I was told they will let me know when they come out. The plumber said $305.00 but I didn't hear him say per toilet, if I had, I would have told him no. So be careful when you call them. $1105.92 to replace three flaps in the tank of toilets, a ripoff, they didn't replace the toilets.

The folks at Aladdin, especially Carla, took incredible care for us. We were already talking to them about scheduling a replacement of our hot water heater when it suddenly failed. They were able to come out the very next morning and get a new one installed quickly and professionally. Strongly recommend them and will be working with them more in the future

Extremely unprofessional; the plumber never showed up and repeatedly lied and said he was on his way. The Bright Star Plumber dispatcher also lied and said they were sending another plumber when one NEVER came, resulting in four hours of my time being wasted. I finally called Roto Rooter and they sent a highly professional and very competent plumber right away, who did an AMAZING job.
