I used your company for the past three years and was fully happy with the price and the service. However, this year the service wasn't as extensive and the price increased from last year about 40%and the work was less because this year was preventive maintenance and previous years was actual back-up. Previous years the window of showing up for appointment was right on time. This year it was 3 hours beyond time frame with no phone call.

They quoted a very good price. I am so thankful to Sal. I will definitely reach out to him again if I have any future plumbing issues. Donny was very responsive too in the office.

Had a clogged toilet at a bldg I own. Was quoted a price for an excavation. Had a 930 appt which canceled at last minute. I have to travel to get to the bldg I own and wasn't very happy. Went back home and waited and waited, 5 hours later was told Plumber was on the way. I returned to the bldg very annoyed but was greeted by a very nice technician Ahmed 5384. He suggested we try to snake the toilet before going with the excavation at this point I just wanted it over with so agreed. Low and behold he cleared the line and replaced the handle made some suggestions on how to avoid a future clog which I passes on too the business owner. I'm so happy the 930am guy canceled because ahmed5384 saved me alot of money and stress. Not sure If I'd would use roto rooter again because it's obviously hit or miss with its technicians. If I do I'll ask for ahmed5384.
