Michael Lanoue provided fantastic service. Came out on Wednesday evening to diagnose issue and found the fan motor was bad in AC unit. Came back on Friday morning and changed motor. AC back up and running by 10:30 am. Michael was very knowledgable, courteous and professional. Did a great job. Natal's always provides excellent service and takes care of all of my issues. Highly recommended.
