Matthew was very thorough with his troubleshooting of our standby generator equipment; so thorough that he noticed an issue with the service feed lines on our roof that were in dire need of repair by the local power/utility company. Since the utility company has made the repairs (same night), we have had no further issues with our equipment. Greatly appreciate Matthew’s diligence in troubleshooting as what he found was something that could have potentially sparked a fire had the issue not been addressed in a timely manner (according to the utility company technician).
