I really appreciated the way Natal's kept in touch, reminding me of the appointment, telling me when Nidal was expected, and sending me a photo so I would recognize him. This, as well as everything he did on his visit, was thoughtful, customer-oriented service. I now have a contract with them because I was so impressed.
