I found Coolray by Home Depot. They worked very professionally and my experiences with the salesperson and the installation team have gone perfectly. I'm happy that I have chosen them to replace my HVAC unit.

Was super excited to use them since they worked on my previous home. They charged me for product they did not even use ( not cheap). They used old material that was already in my current home when the whole purpose was to replace it since it was old. When asked if they used brand new material they said yes, I let them know I checked the work and they didn’t. They did send someone back out to finish the job “correctly”. Scheduling issues was a big thing. Was told one day, and no one would show up. Brand new HVAC and they still managed to use the 10+ year old metal rusted pipes and left the uncut new one in my yard. Not a honest company.
