Matt came out to my home to prepare a materials list for an anticipated installation for an EVR unit also to replace and repair a Mitsubishi mini split that is only a year old that we continue having problems with. Matt elected upon coming to my home, since this was the first time he’s seen this issue , to spend the time to evaluate whether we have the correct unit installed in our cat sanctuary to begin with. He is going to start from there and I am elated and extremely appreciative to have his experience and expertise looking at this. I am now several thousands of dollars into this unit and still cannot achieve complete service for even a full one year.
