Today, our new heating/air conditioning unit was installed. The installers, Chris McCreless and Jordan Neely, were extremely professional and thorough. They took their time with the installation, everything was visually perfect and they were patient with their explanations, It was obvious that they would give all the time needed, for us to be comfortable.I am VERY pleased that we went with ARS in Nashville and I look forward to working with this company (and Home Depot) for many years to come.*Chad, our salesman, did a great job as well. Actually, it was never my intent to buy from these two agencies, but he won us over and helped us feel very comfortable with our decision. We are pleased!
