Best Air Conditioning Specialist in Nashville TN

The temperature issue I had before purchasing my new unit with ARS was never fixed. Everytime I call ARS to come service they reschedule me at least once, this time I have been rescheduled 4 times, this has left my animals, my child and myself without a cool home for 2 weeks. The multiple times they have come out they did little things that should fix it, which never does.. I have never had worse customer service from anywhere.
