I called Cichy's to ask about an estimate for a project we were told needed to be done after having our sewer scoped as a result of a home inspection request. Jessica in the office looked at the video with me, and was very patient in explaining what she was seeing and the work that needed to be done given the information I gave her. She answered all my questions and was very helpful. We scheduled Cichy's to do our job.

When the start date arrived Mark showed up on time and did a very thorough inspection of the issue, he determined that due to the placement of lines and city equipment, coupled with us never experiencing any issues, that replacement would not gain us anything in preventing possible future issues. If I would have had them come out and assess the situation prior to scheduling I'm sure I would have saved them time and energy.

I appreciate the detailed exploration of the work and the professional and honest opinion. Mark could have done the work and taken our money with us knowing nothing about how all of this works, but Cichy's staff was honest and showed the highest amount of integrity.
