The Cichy's team was great. We needed a portion of our sewer line replaced and the rest of it lined. They were prompt and friendly in the quoting process (and true to their word on both price and timing). The crew on site were very professional and friendly. They explained what the steps would be as they worked and and took care to minimize the surface area that needed to be dug up. I highly recommend them!

Called to make an appointmen but never got a call back and no appointment was set up. Reached out to again - gave them another chance. He seemed annoyed I was messageing him. He spat out a random time and then never showed up. I got no call or message letting us know he wasn't coming. It was clear he never wanted to.
