I've been shopping around for a reliable and affordable plumber and plumbing service for the past week or so. Even though there are dozens and dozens of them, it has been a process (and still in progress) looking for the someone who will not rip me off. Paul must have been the 8th or 9th plumber I've called and although he doesn't service the area I live in, he took the time to provide me a quote on what it will cost to fix these plumbing issues I have, and told me how much I should expect to pay so I don't get ripped off. Although, I didn't use his service, I appreciate his candor and help.

The guys were nice enough and gave me some decent advice. Knocked the trip fee down because I terminated the appt after about 5 minutes. Apparently I'm an idiot but $700 to repair sink cartridges seems insane. No way I'd ever call them again, can't imagine what a big repair would cost.
