She was personable and caring. That pattern was repeated over and over, by Mel the customer service rep I spoke to on Monday, by Seth the Sales Rep who came on Monday to discuss my best options for replacement, and by Tova and Josh the installers who came on Thursday and put me back in cool living. Not only the products and the skill of the personnel, but their attitude toward customers and their work is what you get for your dollars.I would go no where else for HCAV products and service.
