Matt's Plumbing Solutions came highly recommended to us from a good friend. Matt came out to give an estimate to replace a very old toilet and vanity in our South Minneapolis home. In the process he looked at some plumbing beneath the bathroom that we have questions about. Matt was able to provide excellent information and solutions to our problems at a reasonable price. Scheduling with the team was easy. They came out and replaced the two fixtures as well as most of the piping beneath. They did an amazing job! When the toilet cracked a couple weeks later due to an issue with the old original flange, Matt came out right away to fix the problem. He and the team were friendly and I felt very comfortable having them in our home. We are new to Minneapolis and it gives me great peace of mind to know we have someone we can trust in the future. We had Ray from HomePro out to replace our water softener that failed us. He was on time, the communication was excellent, and everything went very smoothly. He properly explained care and operation. Checked how hard our water actually is, and gave pointers on what can be done to improve water quality. Because when our water softener died and released resin beads into all of our plumbing, he also put a pump on our water heater to drain it so the beads wouldn't kill that appliance. Overall a great experience and the first plumber I will call for any plumbing needs.
