He also found a leak and plugged it right away. He stayed to make sure no further leaks turn up after operating for a while. The representative I spoke to on the phone to schedule the repair accidentally quoted a lower price than what he charged, so he called to confirm, and charged us the lower rate even though it was not his mistake. I really value that dedication to professionalism and trustworthiness. I trust them to deal honestly with me in the future.
