He was able to provide me a lot of information about what was wrong with my unit so that I could make an informed decision moving forward. I ultimately had to replace my unit. When it came to the replacement, Omer was able to coordinate with an electrician to complete the job in an efficient manner. I know I will look to use O & W for my future heating and cooling needs.
