It all begins with Don the owner with his initial visit and qoute. Professional all the way and it reflects on his company and staff. The work crew is extremely clean and tidy every morning and night for setup and clean up. Very friendly and courteous would be the best way to describe his staff. Communication is an A+ and we all know how lacking that is in the contractor world. No problem with Borth-Wilson. And above all else beautiful work. Our tile setter Casey did a great job.
