From scheduling to installation, we had a really great experience with Omar at O & W. He was very quick to respond to my message and was able to come out to replace our water heater the next day. He took the time to explain everything to us (never really new anything about water heaters before) and also gave us a recommendation of who we could work with on having a chimney liner put in (while being honest with us about why, in our particular case, we needed to get this done before winter). He was also transparent from the get-go on how much our service would cost. And, since our service with him happened during COVID, he took extra care to make sure we were all prepared to interact safely with each other before he got there and cleaned everything he touched while in our house.
