My slow draining kitchen drains were becoming a nuisance so I called Hartlaub to schedule service call. Angel came out and diagnosed the problem right away. Snaking the pipes was not going to work, since the run was so over 50' to the main drain stack. Somewhat typical in a '70's ranch home. He gave me some options and I decided for him to return to cut the pipe near the elbow to the stack and install a secondary clean-cut connection. Angel and Beni returned as planned and did an excellent job executing the quoted work. I was shocked at the amount of sediment in the pipe once he cut it, and I have the picture to prove it. Angel really knows the plumbing business! Everything from proper pipe pitch and anchor hanger positions to the exact location of the blockage. Everything works great now. So glad I called Hartlaub!!
