I had a partial bathroom renovation. Don came by first to evaluate and make recommendations. What I really appreciated from him was his expertise and recognition of my desire to keep things as simple as possible (knowing that nothing is ever truly simple in any renovation). He understood what I wanted and provided a good quote with all the details. I met with the designer and picked out tile, fixtures etc. She also helped me with picking out paint even though I was doing the painting myself. Then came the big part - demo. There was an unexpected air vent to work around and everyone was really responsive in figuring out the best way to get my bathroom done without adding a lot of cost, time and still meeting my goals. I was really impressed with this and the way the team worked together. Also, a small note but important, they really cleaned up after themselves every day. Very meticulous. It is now 2 months later and I am very happy with the process and the outcome. In short, excellent work, excellent people, excellent company! Highly recommend.

As a new homeowner, when the floor drain in the basement backs up and everything smells like sewage, you panic. My wife pulled up the number for Roto Rooter emergency line (I had no idea if it were an emergency or not), and they took my call around 6PM, by 6:10 I got a call back from the plumber letting me know he was on another job, and will be with me ASAP. By 8PM Rafael showed up, and walked out the door by 8:55PM, problem completely solved. Rafael walked me through the process, showed me the roots he was pulling out, and even gave me advice on a past toilet project! The whole process was unbelievably easy, Rafael was amazing and I can't recommend this company enough. 10/10 experience, I couldn't be happier.

I'm on a first name basis with two of their employees. I've had excellent service, and when I haven't, someone has stepped up to help. They've helped me with several projects...refurbishing a baby crib, installing a patio, installing a sink, repairing cracks/gaps in cement around foundation of my home, installing a screen/storm door, etc. Special shout out to Kevin, always a helping hand!
