Andy at Hartlaub was friendly, knowledgeable and patient when he came by on a Saturday afternoon to replace our primary sump pump and backup system after it stopped working and flooded part of our basement. Iwould not hesitate to call Hartlaub in the future if I need any of the services they provide.

They install the new furnace and new outlet, then I also professionally installed whole house humidifier, After couple weeks furnace stop working! It was still under warranty but they DIDN'T fix it , They said no warranty because someone install the humidifier! I have to pay to fix it!

Very good service and well organized. I wish every delivery went as quickly as here.
