First, I called to fix a toilet issue, was told the toilet couldn't be fixed and that I needed a new toilet. Paid for a new toilet to be installed and the new toilet doesn’t work/flush. I called for a solution or fix and was told that they would look at it but I would be charged again. Second, was charged over $300 for an easy 20 minute job to install a new $40 shower cartridge. Brought them business in the past, but never again.

Milestone came recommended by Royal Chimney to install a gas line for my fireplace starter bar. They were responsive, came quickly, and did a very professional job. Alex was very knowledgeable.
