We have a problem toilet which Jack the tech helped me understand old pipes with new toilets can be troublesome because of the amount of water in new toilet flushing. Makes sense to me and he fixed our problem today and told me the plan for upgrading permanently to not have this problem again. He showed up on time, wore his mask the entire time, took his shoes off without asking, and was friendly and explanatory all on an early Saturday morning!
