Tatiana was amazing. She made me feel warm and she was very understanding. Mark was our plumber. He was early. Our scheduled time was 12-4. They got there early. He took his time looked at the problem. Which was a pipe issue on the roof that need to be a certain inch off the roof. And he showed us all of our options. And explained everything. Oh yeah when making the appointment Tatiana was very knowledgeable. She knew exactly what I was asking for even though I didn’t.
