When Kristopher came out, he did a thorough job of testing the tankless water heater, and really listened to my wife and my explanations of the problem. He provided options, including future upgrade paths. Kristopher got on the phone with Rinnai directly and cleaned the flame rods and igniter to get our heater working again for a very low service call price. It is my impression Kristopher has extensive tankless water heater and plumbing experience and is truly dedicated to doing his best for customers as his primary goal. He could have upsold us and recommended we replace our 7 1/2 year old unit, but he was able to fix it instead.
