We had been having issues with our tankless water heater for MONTHS! I contacted Rinnai and they put me in touch with Gus at People's Plumbing since he is a trained Rinnai plumber. He responded immediately and came over quickly and was able to solve the issue very expeditiously. He was also very professional, polite and informative. Joshua was early for our appointment, offered repairs I didn't know we needed (but demonstrated why) and cleaned up after himself too. His prices were fair and he was a good communicator. Brothers Backflow has been taking care of the backflows in a community I manage since 2003 and we continue to use them year after year because of their amazing customer service. Highly recommended

We used them for commercial plumbing work conducted on our sewer and relay back in 2019. Southwest plumbing invoiced for the job without closing out the permit. They were quick to invoice and collect the payment but never close out the permit resulting in a fine and county violation. They do not answer their phones or respond to voice mails and email messages. Buyer BEWARE!
