We had a septic tank cleaned and got an invoice amount of 375.00 the owner charged an extra 15$ for the card with out telling us that and when i called he yelled at telling me that he charged that because of the debit card so i asked him why was it not in the invoice or we were told that we are gonna be charged that ? The invoice clearly says 375.00
He said i should charge 600.00 not only 390.00 i told him that what ever he wants to charge has to be told and agreed before and that would be fine ,but changing the charge after because we used a card is not the right thing to do he threatened and shouted something and gang up the phone

I was referred to Josh by a handy-man I called for the removal of an old water-softener unit and installation of a replacement unit. Josh was very responsive and contacted me less than 24-hours from my initial inquiry. He spent some time over the phone reviewing the project and offering estimated pricing. Josh and Mike showed up at my home the next day and were able to complete the removal and installation within an hour or so. Both Josh and Mike were courteous, responsive, and they did a great job.
