I'm an Executive Producer at 12 News, and I've heard and told the stories of bad plumbers and bad contractors. Because of this, I did some serious research when choosing a plumber. In the end, I chose Pink Plumbing and Sewer because I had absolute trust in them. I did have other opinions and plumbers out to my house in my decision making process. In the end, I've realized that was a waste of time and stress. Pink Plumbers was honest from the beginning all the way to the end. I am so absolutely pleased that I had them do the work I needed done. I appreciate their honesty and candor as well as their skilled craftsmanship. These guys are with the business. I have used them two times now to do liners for us in tucson, first time it was snowing (In Tucson) and they got it done with no problem in record time, second time they were at the job and finished before i got there, crazy fast with no short cuts, and there arsenal of methods to fix or repair pipes is unmatched. These guys are honest and very professional! I had some backups in my sewer pipe in the past that made me think that possibly I had roots in the line. They came out with a camera to inspect it for me. They let me watch as they ran the camera through the lines and explained what we were seeing. Luckily, there were no roots or any other serious problems that required repairs, but I got the piece of mind knowing that I didn’t have a potential disaster on my hands. They didn’t try to sell me on any other services that I didn’t need or try to pretend there was a problem just to get me for some unnecessary repair work. I would recommend them to anyone needing good, reliable, and honest plumbing or sewer repair!

I honestly could not recommend a company more! Everyone that I've interacted with has been beyond courteous and friendly! Alex came out this morning and cleared my mainline that had backed up, and not only cleared it, but camera'd the line to find out that it had collapsed under the street infront of my house preventing anything from going to the sewer. He took the time to show me exactly what was going on, sent me the video, told me who to contact, and also tested my toilets for any sewage leaks caused from the back up and found that it had actually leaked under my tile flooring, and he even took the time to call a contractor to come out and handle it within the hour who was absolutely amazing. Alex turned what would normally be a nightmare into the best resolution I could ask for. I can't thank you guys enough!
