He was friendly, gave me a quote for a toilet installation which I thought was a fair price, explained his labor warranty and just gave me a feeling that he took pride in his company and the work they do. Jesse and Nicholas, the technicians who came out to install the toilet, showed up on time, did the installation within the time frame they said they needed, cleaned up thoroughly after they were done, and were professional and friendly throughout the time they were doing the job.
