The technician was right on time. He was efficient and thorough, letting me know of everything he addressed procedurally for maintenance and testing. He covered all bases for mask, glove, and foot coverings for Covid while he was in my unit and was able to answer my questions about what to keep an eye out for. He went above and beyond to take care of the minor details too, adjusting the bracket so my air filters fit in without having to be crunched down. I definitely appreciate everything he addressed and would recommend him!
