Great job, highly recommended! They were at my house within an hour of calling, and they had my problem fixed in minutes! What was really nice is Greg explained the issue and taught me what to do the next time it happens. He cares about his customers and I would highly recommend him to anyone with a blockage issue.

I had two addresses within a mile of each other that I needed minimal work done. I was aware of the cost of $170/hour for the first hour and asked if both places could be fit into the one appointment since they were so close. I was told they would try to get them both in. The plumber was there one hour and 15 min only, and I was charged for two first hour charges even though I had tried to clarify that I did not want to go to the second address if I was to be charged again. Pertzborn needs to clarify that the charges are per address and not per client. Ridiculously high cost and I need them to come back to fix the tub handle that is way too tight. Pertzborns reputation is way overblown. Too expensive and mediocre service.
