We had sump pump failure in March which led to some standing water in our basement pretty quickly. I called Lichtfeld Plumbing and could not believe how quickly they got there to get the problem under control! I had called another service first who would not have been able to get there until the next day even as emergency call, but Lichtfeld was there within an hour. And they were so knowledgeable and helpful about what our next steps needed to be. I highly recommend them and will be calling on them again for any future projects that involve plumbing. At a crisis time, these are the kinds of folks you want to be able to call on.

This guy is rude and unprofessional. He actually left my property multiple times (renter) because I asked him to take his shoes off or wear covers. No one wants dirty water tracked thru their house. He didn’t even have the decency to bring a towel to wipe up the mess he left. How hard is it to wear covers while you’re in the bathroom and take them off before coming out. How hard is it to just be respectful.

Arrived within an hour. Quick, professional and pleasant individuals. This is who you want to call.

Basement was backed up the tech got here with in a hour of my call he was very polite and knowledgeable and with in 2 hours of my call it was fixed. Wonderful service they will definitely be my go plumbing guys.
