Best Lint Traps in Madison WI

My condo company uses HJ Pertzborn. On 6/14/21 they flushed our sprinkler pipes. They do this every so often. We have lived in our unit for 8 years; we store things like leftover 2x4s, plywood, our bikes, yard games, and gardening stuff in our storage locker in the community garage.  This storage locker is about 6 feet from one of the sprinkler valves.  My neighbor, I'll call her Shannon, has a storage unit right next to the valve.  She said since she has moved in (+5 years) her storage unit floods every single time the sprinkler system is flushed. Keep in mind it's nasty, smelly water that causes stains. Our entire community parking garage is stained w/ this stuff.    Granted, clearly our condo management company should have done something about this, but Shannon is a sweet older lady who didn't want to cause any trouble, so she simply emailed and called when her unit flooded; they didn't do anything, except the time before 6/14/21 , where they applied a piece of PVC piping that they didn't even attach correctly. THIS acknowledges that, indeed, HJ Pertzborn knew there was a problem and that they caused damage to Shannon's storage unit previously. Now, fast forward to 6/14/21 when our storage unit also floods. My husband spent hours cleaning this mess up.  We had to throw away over $550 worth of items that got ruined in the flooding.  Right away, I call HJ Pertzborn to ensure they know about this problem. I speak with Wendy. Wendy said I understand you have loss and that needs to be addressed. What happens next is the condo company says they and HJ Pertzborn are not responsible for any of the negligence that caused this flooding. I called Wendy at HJ again since she had previously said my loss needed to be addressed and she replied that she cannot say anything else b/c it's the condo company she has a contract with. Once again, it should be reiterated that the last time Shannon's storage unit flooded, HJ decided to add an additional pipe (just PVC piping) to extend the length. This pipe was literally unattached from the original pipe.  I have pictures. All of this is frustrating and ridiculous. I would never recommend HJ Pertzborn based on this : incredibly crappy service, saying they'll make something right and then going back on their word, and doing a poor job fixing an ongoing problem.
