Best Geothermal Heating Systems in Madison WI

I have been a big fan of Cardinal’s service for a long time. My 2 star rating is for the scheduling/call center. I don’t remember there being a call center in the past and it’s an unfortunate change. Even worse, when you schedule an appointment for a simple annual maintenance they will give you a day but can’t give you any idea of a time. Am I supposed to take off a whole day and sit around and wait for them to call me 30 minutes before they plan to show up? That’s what 2 call center reps told me was all they could do. That seems to me a poor way to do business and shows a lack of respect for customers’ time.
