Roto rooter came out and cleared two toilets and I was told that they guaranteed their work for 6 months as long as any new back up wasn't due to any extraordinary objects being in the line. It backed up again and when I spoke to the office they told me if it was toilet paper that they would charge me again. I don't think toilet paper is out of the ordinary. Their guarantee is worthless. Use someone else.
