Good day, I had the opportunity to meet with David our HVAC tech this morning,he called ahead to inform us of his arrival time and kept his schedule, when I met him at the door he briefed on CDC guidelines and we spoke about my concerns with the unit and he went to work. The morning went well, he was very knowledgeable and answered all of questions in terms I could understand.
