Bryant installed our air conditioning years ago and I received a postcard in the mail suggesting cleaning of our furnace. I called for an appointment and they were able to come out in the afternoon of that same day. When he examined the furnace, he found it needed to be repaired or replaced, a known defect with our former furnace having finally failed. (Furnace was 18 years old.). The technician showed us photos of the inside of the furnace, clearly explaining how rusted areas had come about. He then explained our options to repair or replace. We elected to have a mid level replacement. The installers arrived early the next morning. They were very personable and efficient, completing the work in 4-5 hours.
