I called Ford’s Plumbing on a Saturday evening at 6:00PM. Santiago came out very quickly and the issue was completely resolved by 7:00pm. He was friendly, efficient, and communicated the costs of service upfront. Very thankful for his help. It was a bit expensive, but 100% worth it.

Who you gonna call? Nope, not them...TRM Plumbing of course! I was fortunate enough to find TRM through yelp and even more so to discover that they are a fantastic plumbing services company overall.

We had a few issues that needed to be corrected and our biggest issue/concern was our master shower. The TRM team solved the problem by correcting the valve, water pressure and temperature, and have now given us The Wynn, Las Vegas shower experience we've wanted all along!

We also appreciated Seth's expertise, professionalism and friendliness and will definitely use TRM again for future projects--as well as recommend them to our friends and family.

I needed a new sewer pipe. I had four estimates. I was ready to go with another company but something stopped me from going with them. That nudge that told me not to do it. Then Western Rooter showed up to see the issue and give an estimate. Charlie was the person I spoke with. He placed a camera in the pipes and told me what was happening. He told me what I had already heard from others but it was Charlie's approach to explaining to me what was happening that had me trust this company. I asked many questions and each was answered politely. He gave me a quote and told me that they can begin the word the following week. I thought about my options and kept coming back to Western Plumbing bc of the way Charlie explained EVERYTHING to me. I asked why dont we go this route instead and he gave great answers which was supported by my own research. They began the work on a Wednesday: Charlie, Dominguez, and Jacob. Each of these workers were very polite and professional. I cant get over the professionalism these guys entailed. Before they began work, I texted Charlie to see if he was still coming down bc I live near the mountains and the smoke from the fires were REALLY bad. He said, they are trained to work through most anything, even rain! So , indeed they showed up. The job was a two day job and they completed the task. I saw pictures of what they found , a ton of roots, and they will also be sending me a video of what they saw as they worked. When we said good bye to them after they finished their work, they looked tired and still kept it professional as I asked a few my questions. I kept those to a limit because these guys were tired, they had worked in that smokey filled air and even though they didnt seem tired, I bid them a good bye. I will use them again, FOR SURE! Western Pluming was recommended to me by a colleague at work. I thanked her and said I finally found a great plumbing company. Thank you a BUNCH Western Plumbing. BEWARE: They will rip your elderly family off!!!!

My mom called Ford's Plumbing and Heating to check out an old manifold heating system. Long story short, the techs who showed up said that they don't work on manifold heating systems and charged a $99 service call fee for coming out.

To make matters worse, my mom asked them for a quote on a toilet install while they were out there. They must have been licking their chops when they quoted $1660 for a 1-piece toilet and install. Unbelievable! My mom unfortunately paid the $99 service call fee, and I installed the toilet myself for $425 in about 30 minutes.
