Art came about a year ago. He was precisely On time and Very professional.
Art changed electricity in the kitchen from 110 to 220 to correspond with the new stove top I had purchased. I was very impressed with his quality of work and dedication to his job.

I used A-1 to take care of a bad pipe gushing water into the wall from my laundry room. Their price was both fair and competitive. Guillermo came out to first diagnose the issue, then again to take care of the job. Great guy, super friendly, and he did nice, neat work leaving the wall in good condition to get patched up later. Also after a small hiccup with the wall’s electrical not working once he’d left, he returned the same day to correct the problem with no complaints or extra cost. I would recommend A-1 to others and will for sure call on them for future plumbing needs.

Great company, I called them to help my grandmother with her water heater and they provided her with excellent service. We had gotten other estimates and Universal was the best priced out of the other 2 companies we called. We will be calling Universal again in the future!
