There are Ficus trees in the utility easement so annually we have Sunset West come out to roto the line. It's about 35 steps down to the hill and further down to the base of the retaining wall. The staff at this place are very mentally unstable. I just witnessed one of their workers threaten people out in public. Shaking my head, this place is one incident away from getting the police involved. HORRIBLE!!!!!!
